Hey fashionistas, this is your personal stylist Emmaline Chappell, if this is your first time watching one of my videos, welcome, I’m a certified personal stylist, I have my own business here in richmnond va and I help busy business women elevate their style by rediscovering the joy of dressing to look and feel fabulously on-brand. And I wanted to quickly answer one of my most frequently asked questions for my outfit planning service.

Quick recap, my outfit planning service is where I come in and play dress up in your closet and style multitude of head-to-toe looks all from your wardrobe, photograph you in each outfit and send you a digital look book of all the outfits we put together.

One of the questions I get asked a lot is why do you need to photograph me in the outfits?

When I ask women, what they want when it comes to feeling happier with their closet and their style, a lot of them tell me how they just want getting dressed to be easy and don’t wanna have to think about it.

They just wanna be able to look in their closet, know it all works and seamlessly be able to put outfits together.

So taking pictures of the client wearing each outfit helps them to see the full look, it shows them what pieces are paired with what, what’s tucked, what’s tied, which accessories are styled which look, it all takes the guess work out of it.

The pictures really help them to see the complete look on themselves.

They have their hair and makeup done, they’re smiling, they’re posing in their outfit, it captures that confident energy.

And so each morning they get dressed for any occasion, they can look back at their outfit planner and see how great they looked and felt in each outfit.

Getting dressed becomes more effortless and they’re actually wearing the clothes in their closet, no more pieces just sitting there because know they know how to put together outfits and they know they’re gonna look fabulous in them because the evidence is all in the pictures.
